A residential weekend workshop of Grof® Breathwork (formerly Holotropic Breathwork). We start on Friday at 4 PM and finish on Sunday afternoon.

The workshop includes two breathing sessions — every participant breathes once and accompanies once as a sitter.

The price of the weekend workshop is 6,000 CZK incl. VAT. This covers the complete program, accommodation, vegetarian food for the entire workshop, and organization of the weekend.
