A residential weekend workshop of Grof Breathwork (formerly Holotropic Breathwork). We start on Friday at 4 PM and finish on Sunday afternoon.

The workshop includes two breathing sessions — every participant breathes once and accompanies once as a sitter.

The 2,000 CZK advance payment covers the costs of the workshop. The rest is paid after the workshop — an amount based on the value the workshop brought you and on your means; this part is the facilitators’ reward.
